Where do you deliver?
We provide FREE delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & selected areas in Selangor) and selected areas in Penang Island. We deliver to Penang Mainland and selected areas in Johor Bahru with standard delivery charges. For deliveries to Penang Mainland, please order 1 day in advance.

Must my recipient be present to accept the flowers?
To maintain a fast and efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. Free delivery will only be made ONCE. If it is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to BloomThis and a notification will be sent to you.
Shall there be need for a re-delivery, a minimum fee of RM15 will be charged and it is also subjected to flower condition. No replacement flower will be delivered if the flowers have wilted after being sent back to us.
Why don’t you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
The flower supply chain slows down over the weekend and public holidays. As we are committed to send you only the freshest, longest lasting flowers, we offer delivery Monday to Saturday for on-demand flowers (same day) and every Thursday for subscription flowers.

Can I change my order details?
For changes on delivery address or message card, you can email us at contact@blossomingflorist.co or message us on Facebook or Instagram. Changes to order details can only be made up until one (1) working day before the delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept
We accept PayPal. If you don't wish to use a credit card, you can also manually bank deposit the payment to us. Here are our banking details:

Are payments on your site secure?
We work with PayPal to make shopping online safe. PayPal holds all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.

How do my flowers survive the journey?
Our bespoke boxes are especially designed to protect your flowers. We also developed care methods for each individual flower variety within our range hence they are in perfect condition when you receive them. Also check out our blog article on how to keep the flowers fresh.
I know nothing about flowers and flower arrangement! What do I do with them?
Blossoming Box comes with simple instructions on flower arrangement, so you’ll be able to arrange and enjoy them in no time. Alternatively, you may visit our blog for more creative arranging tips.
